Do the Star Jump Challenge as part of a team and you can all work together to give young people a brighter future.

Creating your Star Jump Challenge team is easy:

1. Sign up to do The Star Jump Challenge. Or if you’ve already signed up, log in to your fundraising page.
2. Follow the instructions to create a team page.
3. Invite people to join your team and raise funds together.

Do I need a personal fundraising page and a team page?

Yes. You and each member of your team all need your own personal fundraising pages in addition to your team page. Your supporters can choose to donate to your team page or any of your personal pages.

Does each team need a captain?

Yes. The captain is the person who can invite others to join your team, and manage your team page’s fundraising target and blog posts. This is often the person who created the team.

How do I create a team?

You can create a team when you first register. It’s part of our simple three-step registration process. Alternatively, you can go to your fundraising dashboard, go to Create a team, and follow the instructions.

How does someone join my team?

After you’ve created your team, just go to My team when you log in to your fundraising page. There you’ll find the link to invite others to join your team. Your team members then have to create their own account or log in to their existing account.

Can I change my team name?

Yes. However, this will also change the link to your team’s fundraising page, which means any previous links you shared will no longer work.

Can I change my team fundraising target?

Yes. Simply:

1. Log in to your fundraising page.
2. Go to My team.
3. Go to the Team page settings tab.
4. Adjust your team's fundraising target.

To change your personal fundraising target, go to your fundraising dashboard.

What resources are available to help my team fundraise?

Your team fundraising page makes it easy for you to get donations and spread the word about The Star Jump Challenge.

We’ve also created some resources to help you raise money. You can download all of these resources from your fundraising page’s dashboard.
